By Jonathan M Steer

Strategic Change

Poland, in the centre of Europe, has suffered throughout history from the geo-political upheavals which have been a feature of the region. Periods of stability have been interrupted in a dramatic way resulting in the need for fundamental strategic reorientation by Poland with it's neighbours.
